General Questions
Quick answers to the most common PoP questions.
What is Proof of Play?
Proof of Play (PoP) is a peer-to-peer casino on Telegram. You don’t play against the house. You play against other users for crypto stakes.
How do I start playing?
Log in with your Telegram account.
Deposit crypto ETH (BASE).
Join a match and choose your bet size.
Winner takes the pot, minus a small rake.
What makes PoP different from a normal casino?
Traditional casinos profit because “the house always wins.” PoP removes the house. All matches are player vs. player with transparent rake fees.
What currencies can I use?
At launch, PoP supports ETH for now and more coming soon. All balances are tracked off-chain in USD value for fast gameplay.
How do deposits and withdrawals work?
Deposits → Sent on-chain, instantly reflected in your balance.
Withdrawals → Sent back to your wallet on-chain, subject to a small minimum threshold.
Is it provably fair?
Yes. Matches use deterministic seeds and full match logs, so outcomes can be audited. Anti-cheat systems (CAPTCHA, latency checks) prevent abuse.
What’s the rake?
Every match has a 10% rake. 40% of the rake is burned (reducing $POP supply), and 60% goes to the treasury for growth and operations.
Do I need to KYC?
No KYC is required at launch. You only need a Telegram account to play. Withdrawals are processed to your wallet without ID checks.
Can I lose money?
Yes. All matches involve real crypto stakes. Only play with what you can afford to lose.
Where can I see the roadmap?
The full roadmap is available in this GitBook under Product & Growth Plans
