By using Proof of Play, you agree to these Terms.
Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Proof of Play (“PoP”), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not use the platform.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use PoP.
You are responsible for ensuring that participation is legal in your jurisdiction.
Accounts tied to false identities, bots, or multi-account farming will be terminated.
Use of Services
You agree to use PoP only for lawful purposes. You may not:
Exploit bugs or vulnerabilities in the system.
Attempt to reverse engineer or manipulate outcomes.
Use automation, bots, or scripts to gain unfair advantage.
Disrupt or overload servers or attempt to bypass security.
Gameplay & Rake
Matches are peer-to-peer. PoP does not participate as a player.
A rake fee is applied to each match and distributed as outlined in Tokenomics.
Gameplay fairness is enforced through deterministic seeds, logs, and anti-cheat systems.
Deposits & Withdrawals
Deposits are processed via supported cryptocurrencies (USDT, USDC, ETH, BNB, $POP).
Withdrawals require confirmation on-chain and may include a minimum withdrawal threshold.
Transactions are final and cannot be reversed once confirmed.
Staking & Rewards
Staking $POP generates Staking Power (SP) which determines tiers and benefits.
Early unstake triggers penalties, which are burned permanently.
Rewards (referrals, Boost tasks) are distributed in stablecoins or $POP, depending on the mechanic.
Liability Disclaimer
PoP provides the platform “as is” without warranties of uninterrupted access or guaranteed winnings.
You acknowledge that you may lose staked funds.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PoP and its operators are not liable for losses, damages, or downtime.
Modifications
PoP reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted publicly on the GitBook. Continued use of the platform after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
