Withdrawals process almost instantly on-chain. After our backend handles it.

Withdrawal Rules

• Minimum withdrawal: $5 equivalent

• $POP withdrawals: Once $POP withdrawals are enabled you will be able to withdraw them with no fee, only network gas.

• ETH: Network fees apply

• Always double-check: Wrong addresses can’t be recovered

Use your own wallet:

Don’t withdraw to exchange deposit addresses when unsure.

Check the chain:

Match token type with the correct network (Base).

Stay private:

Never share your wallet seed or Telegram login.

Troubleshooting

Deposit not showing?

Check that you sent the correct token to the correct chain. Wrong-chain transfers cannot be recovered.

Withdrawal delayed?

Most process instantly, but network congestion can cause short delays.

Sent to wrong address?

Blockchain transactions are final. PoP can’t reverse them.
